If you tin can't get the disc out there is a style to manually do information technology.
Get a paper prune and stretch it out. Take the faceplate off your 360. Nether the tray (I think on the left or right) there is a small pigsty well-nigh the aforementioned size as your newspaper clip. Push the paper clip in and the tray should release and you can pull it open to retrieve your disc.
